1、 Operation process of industrial oven:

1. Connect the power line, turn on the power switch on the panel (note that there is also a leakage air switch in the electric box), the power switch indicator light is on, and the voltmeter has indication.

2. Turn on the air switch and the fan motor. Pay attention to the fan running direction.

3. Turn on the heating switch in turn (if the air supply switch is not turned on, the heating switch cannot be turned on).

4. Set the required temperature on the main temperature controller. For example, when the internal temperature reaches the temperature set by the temperature controller, it will automatically keep constant temperature. The temperature setting value of the super temperature controller should be higher than that of the main temperature controller (see the temperature controller manual for the specific operation of the temperature controller).

5. Timer use: unit s (seconds), m (minutes), H (hours). When the main temperature controller reaches the set temperature, the timer (the timing switch should turn it to the automatic state when heating) starts to automatically time. When the set time is reached, the alarm will automatically alarm. At this time, the buzzer will sound and the oven will stop heating; the time delay device (inside the electric box) will start to count down, After the power is cut off, the fan will stop running.

6. After baking, open the door button to take out the products in the oven (please pay attention to avoid high temperature scald).

2、 Precautions for use of industrial oven:

1. The wiring power supply is av380v, three red wires are live wires, blue wires are zero wires, and yellow stripes are ground wires.

2. Turn on the power switch and air switch in turn. The motor running direction should be counter clock. If not, the power phase should be changed in time.

3. Non technical staff, please do not change the temperature controller, timer parameters.

4. Do not place anything on the electric oven, cover or block the air vent of the oven.

5. This oven is a general heating oven. It is strictly forbidden to bake inflammable and explosive materials!

6. Industrial oven is suitable for industrial baking, not for other purposes not specified.
